  1. My nights are sometimes better than during the day....no people or friend to chill with ..feeling tired and bored with no energy to do heavy works .

    1. You need to list down the benefits of sharing the emotions ....once you relish the benefits it would be case of cost vs benefit analysis.

      Sharing emotions is all the time beneficial....You need to remember anyone who mishandles the authentic you, is not supposed to be close to you in the first place. In other words you can only know who is a genuine friend by sharing the your genuine feelings and thoughts.
