    1. 1:Doing something for the pure enjoyment of it.doing the task for its own reward instead of waiting for the reward.
      2: Introducing challenges like no matter what my goal and adding incremental challenges can help me feel motivated for example getting out of bed early for run.
      3:Not visualizing success by imagining I have achieved the all desired goal (its good to plan ahead in order to overcome)
      4:Taking control like trying to motivate a group of friend or people finding a way to make each person feel empowered.
      5:focusing on the journey not the outcome avoid developing a fixed mindset- I should try to focus on the journey towards reaching my goals

For instance in your case you can use the fact that the uncertainty of your future because of stopping college midstream causes you anxiety (Fear and apprehension) 0f what future awaits you can motivate you to take action in to read and watch video on people who once in your situation, and how they picked themselves up and today they have gone to PHD levels.

    1. Like when we are angry try to confront the source of our irritation.. If you experience fear we are more likely to flee the threat so emotions motivates us to act quickly and take actions that will maximise our chances of survival and success.

    2. Can you think of a practical scenario when you once were angry and how the anger benefited you in the long run...Like what action did you take out of anger motivation and when you look back you can agree emotions help us survive, thrive and avoid danger.

    1. When we interact with other people and friends it gives clues to help them understand how we are feeling.
      Whennwe tell them that we are feeling happy,sad,excited or frightened we are giving them important information that they canbthrn use to take action

    1. Emotion expression of those around us gives us a wealth of social information.
      Social communication is an important part of our daily lives and relationships and being able to interpret and react to the emotions of others is essential
      Also understanding this emotional displays to others gives us clear info about how we might need to respond in particular situation
