    1. Childhood emotional neglect happens when your parents fail to notice and respond enough to your emotions and emotional needs as they raise you.

      We may feel: emptiness, lack of self-knowledge,counter- dependence,poor compasion for self,a tendency towards guilt and shame,anger and self blame ,struggles with self care and discipline.

      Things we always do say: I don't want any help,,I don wanna intrude,,whatever you want is fine with me., I don't have anything to say,,I don't feel anything, am sorry,iam lazy,,I don't need anything,,I don't knw how I feel,,I can handle it,I don't knw what I want

      How can u stop saying and believing these things--
      Start listening to myself this will start to make me more aware of how you feel about yourself and life and help you realize you must change this.
